APPLICATION AND VISA PROCESS

STEP -1 Document Required (10th, 12th, Degree semester wise , CMM , PC, Resume,Passpoprt, Portifolio,SkypeID,Email ID)

STEP -2 we will launch the Application to the University

STEP- 3 Recive conditional offer letter

  • Please read the Offer carefully and check the name of the student, expiry of Offer, deadline to make the fee payment and conditions to be fulfilled, if any, for an Unconditional Offer
  • If there are any conditions in the Offer, they should first be met to convert it to an Unconditional Offer. This should be done before making the tuition fee deposit.
  • Once the student accepts the unconditional offer, the tuition fee payment has to be made.
  • Please forward the swift copy receipt of the payment to us which we will send to the institution.
  • On receiving the Payment Receipt/Final Acceptance letter from the Institution, we will need to start the process for visa.

Please Note: Provide updated mobile number, email id and Skype ID of the student as the same will be required for interview by institution. Intimate the student that he/she will be interviewed by the institution representative and prepare the student to face it to reduce the chances of rejection.

STEP -3 Need to submit Financial Certificate (25lkhs – 30lkhs), For 6 months Medicals, Police Clearance certificate

STEP -4Need to Submit the Documents

STEP 5 – Appointment at VFS France Once the interview with Campus France is over an NOC is issued to the student after which an appointment must be booked online for the submission of documents at VFS France.

Campus France Procedure

  • The student have to register online on https://pastel.diplomatie.gouv.fr/etudesenfrance/dyn/public/login.html and fill the “Campus France Form” along with uploading of documents
  • The below mentioned documents (maximum size of each document should not exceed 300KB) are required in a clear, scanned and legible format for uploading.
  • Offer letter from French Institution
  • Registration certificate/Payment Receipt from French Institution
  • 10th marksheet
  • 12th marksheet
  • All the bachelor’s marksheets semester wise or annually as applicable
  • Provisional Degree/ Final Degree

FAQs related to Study in France

  • 1) Can IELTS be waived off in France?
    • Yes, IELTS can be waived off in France.
    • Student will have to attend a Skype interview with the Institution during the admission process so that the communication skills and genuineness of the student may be determined
    • The last education of the student should have been completed in English medium.
  • 2) Is a 3-year Bachelor’s program accepted when applying for a Master’s?
    Yes, it is accepted for Business programs but for Engineering and I.T. programs 4 years of Bachelor’s study is mandatory.
  • 3) Are backlogs accepted?
    Limited backlogs up to 10-15 in number may be accepted in France if the course is completed in the given duration..
  • 4) Is a 3-year Bachelor’s program accepted when applying for a Master’s?
    Yes, it is accepted for Business programs but for Engineering and I.T. programs 4 years of Bachelor’s study is mandatory
  • 5) Is there any application fee?
    • Most of the institutions that we are partnered with do not have an application fee
    • Some business schools have an application fee from €45 – €100.
  • 6) Are the tuition fees to be paid before visa filing?
    Yes, the tuition fee is to be deposited before the student files for visa. Some institutions may require the complete year’s tuition fees to be paid in advance while others may require only the first semester’s fees to be paid up before applying for visa.
  • 7) Is the Campus France process online?
    The Campus France application is online. After the online application submission, the student will have to visit the nearest Campus France along with all the required documents and will have to face an academic interview.
  • 8) Who can all sponsor the student?
    100% funds can be shown through any relatives. There should not be more than 2 sponsors.
  • 9) Is French proficiency required for admission?
    French language proficiency is not a mandatory requirement at the time of application or visa,s but it will be helpful for the student for getting around his/her activities and for a job.
